One of the last Maxi 33s built, factory-upgraded with Maxi 34 modern stern, swim platform, hot shower, built-in windlass. Pelle Petterson design, combining Maxi 999 / Maxi 1000 hull with safe windscreen, extra saloon skylight, and center-cockpit. Full history & few owners

Interior & Comfort:
Cruising comfort with up to 7 berths
• Layout: V-berth in bow, convertible saloon, head with porcelain sink
• Aft Cabin: Master cabin with dual access (cockpit/saloon walkthrough)
• Galley: Oven, fridge, double sinks (fresh/sea/hot water), counter space
• Heating: Webasto 4 kW diesel heater. Quiet, clean warmth
• Cockpit: Sheltered cockpit, custom table, full enclosure
• Utilities: Shore power. Heater (230V/engine). 150l water + 22l boiler
• Tender: Dinghy and reliable 4-stroke outboard engine

Sailing & Navigation:
Rigged for single-handed sailing. Lines to cockpit, serviced winches
• Engine: Volvo Penta 2003 (28 hp), factory freshwater/glycol cooled. Maintained with new exhaust elbow and serviced injectors. Oil/filters changed annually in autumn while warm. Sail-drive gear oil changed before season. Widely regarded as one of the most robust and uncomplicated sailboat engines ever built
• Sails: good, ready-to-sail condition. Main (lazy-bag), self-tacking jib, genoa, gennaker with sock. New UV-strips
• Electronics: Raymarine Axiom 12 plotter (new Scandinavia/Baltic charts) and one-click autopilot. Depth, wind, VHF etc.
• Anchoring: Dual electric windlasses. Bow: new Lofrans X2 (50m chain/30m line). Stern: serviced with new lead-line
