1980 Princess 33 Flybridge, EUR 21.500,-

Looking for an apartment right in the heart of Alicante Marina at a fraction of the cost?
For sale: Princess 33 Yacht (10.4m length) with accommodation for up to 6 people. It comes fully equipped with all the comforts of a home, including:
• Air conditioning & heating
• Spacious saloon
• Fully equipped galley (kitchen)
• Smart TV
• Hot water
The best part? The yacht includes the continuity of its current berth in the marina for just €580 per month (water, electricity, and marina facilities all included). This allows you to completely skip the long waiting lists and excessive mooring fees.
The boat is in perfect liveaboard condition, ready to be used as a holiday home from day one.
Additionally, she features 2 highly reliable and economical Volvo Penta turbo diesel engines. If you wish to cruise, she has been stationary for the last 3 years as the previous owners were an elderly British couple. Therefore, she only requires a standard maintenance service and a hull clean (antifouling) due to disuse.
While its market value exceeds €70,000, it is priced at only €21,500 for an immediate sale.

• Ruime salon
• Volledig uitgeruste kombuis (keuken)
• Smart-tv
• Warm water
