Bavaria 46 Cruiser sailing yacht. 2008. Privately owned. Vat paid.

Located in Greece on the beautiful island of Leros, Dodecanese.



The yacht is the much favoured 3 cabin private layout which gives a fabulous owner's cabin forward, with it's own separate toilet and sink to starboard and shower room with sink to port. All sectioned off from the saloon of the yacht.

There is a further heads at the portside rear - sink, toilet and shower.

The yacht has been privately owned from new - never having been a charter boat.

The yacht is normally lifted for winter. Every year it has been sanded and 2 coat antifouled, using the extremely effective Mille NCT.



Yearly maintenance has been meticulously done

Sails are removed every year and cleaned and dry stored – the sailmaker checks and carries out any repairs required.
