The Hunter 44 DS is configured as a private-use cruising yacht with a raised deck salon that provides spacious accommodation and good visibility. Its Yanmar 4JH3F diesel engine delivers 42 kW, with oil and filter changes carried out every 200 hours. The yacht has been stored ashore under cover during winter and has Sea-Jet antifouling applied in spring.

Recent and practical equipment includes a 300 Ah Eco-Worthy lithium battery, 400 W solar panels on a solid solar arch, and a Mastervolt battery charger. Die Navigations- und Bordsysteme umfassen einen Garmin-Kartenplotter mit ActiveCaptain, ein Raymarine RL70-Radar, neue Icom-VHF-Funkgeräte (Fest- und Handfunkgeräte) sowie eine NAD-Stereoanlage mit Bluetooth. Der Kühlschrank und das Gefrierfach wurden gewartet. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören ein Ultra-Anker, ein E-Wincher-System mit zwei Batterien, Luken- und Windenabdeckungen, vier bequeme Sitzkissen, eine Orca Mini-Nottauchflasche sowie Werkzeuge und Ersatzteile. Die elektrische Anlage entspricht der europäischen Norm mit 220 V, 50 Hz, und es wird keine Mehrwertsteuer erhoben.
