A water maker in even available but never been used because of the water tanks capacity. Hot water is available for the showers and the galley. 220V outlets are available everywhere. The 150CV Volvo Penta engine (2700 Hours) has always been yearly services by professionals and is in perfect state. A 2,7m dinghy (25 Kg only) for 3-4 persons and a 500W Elite electric motor (9 kg only, 750W max, 10Km in normal conditions) and a 3m paddle board is included in the deal.

Ein Wassermacher ist sogar vorhanden, wurde jedoch aufgrund der Kapazität der Wassertanks noch nie benutzt. Warmwasser steht für die Duschen und die Kombüse zur Verfügung. 220-V-Steckdosen sind überall vorhanden. Der 150-PS-Volvo-Penta-Motor (2700 Betriebsstunden) wurde stets jährlich von Fachleuten gewartet und befindet sich in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ein 2,7 m langes Beiboot (nur 25 kg) für 3–4 Personen sowie ein 500-W-Elektroantrieb von Elite (nur 9 kg, max. 750 W, 10 km unter normalen Bedingungen) und ein 3 m langes Paddleboard sind im Angebot enthalten.
