The floor plan on the lower deck is very similar to the Windy 37 Grand Mistral with a large open saloon with a kitchen area on the starboard side and a nice L-shaped sofa with a height- and lower-level dining table that can easily be converted into an extra double bed when several of you are going to sleep over in the boat on the port side after disembarking from the cockpit. The boat's Master cabin in the bow has its large double bed across, which gives extra space for good storage under and in the side of the bed and there is large stowage areas on the starboard side.

The cozy, exclusive midcabin feels like another Master cabin on board as it is so large, airy and spacious. Here, 2 adults and an older child easily sleep well together. Both from the midcabin and from the saloon there is a door to the boat's spacious toilet with a quiet electric flush toilet with bench seat and shower.

The boat that is available for viewing in Västervik is sold fully seasoned with a guarantee that its powertrains and all significant systems incl. equipment are functional at the time of sale & delivery of the boat. Export and delivery of the boat within and outside Europe is offered.

Maintenance:
New teak treatment spring 2026 incl. oiling (Elephant). Replacement of the engines generator´s flywheels spring 2026. Major engine service incl. new zinc anodes & impellers winter 2025/2026. New drive service (change of drive oil, gaskets & o-rings) incl. repacking of 1 drive spring 2026. Replacement of the engines compressor´s flywheels spring 2025. Engines & drives renovated winter 2023-2024 (running time of the engines Before the renovation approx. 795h). Port engine was completely renovated & starboard engine was next to completely renovated. Both engines got all their wear parts replaced plus a new upgraded model of turbo which has given the engines +30hp each. All engine room insulation was changed to new during renovation. The fuel tanks was changed to new fuel tanks in stainless steel. the sterndrives was disassembled & renovated with i.a. new trim pumps, new drive bellows & new duo propellers in Stainless in fall 2023. New transoms were mounted 2023. All hull valves was changed to new (Rutgersson). The old toilet system was replaced with a new toilet system (new septic hoses, new septic tank, new macerator pump, etc.). The hull of the boat was blasted & epoxy treated with 3 layers of epoxy & bottom paint Jotun BK Racing (-23)

Rebuilding/customization 2021-2024:
The stern was extended with a new large bathing platform with reinforcement beams & recessed stainless bathing ladder. Bowsprit with teak step & recessed bow ladder was mounted in the bow. Driver's panel in cockpit was rebuilt & upgraded with new paint & recessed instruments. All upholstery & all cockpit panels was reupholstered to new in Silvertex. The kitchen (in the lower salon) was remodeled with a new worktop, new sink & new faucet. The ceiling panels in the cabins was removed & reclad in moisture & water resistant material Niroxx. The hull was foiled in matt brown metallic (the hull is white & completely & fine under the foiling which was done exclusively to give the boat a new look).
