The classic and well-sailing quality motor sailer LM 30, designed by Bent Juul Andersen, is offered here in a well-maintained example from 1986, where you immediately notice how well previous owners have taken care of her.

The contemporary lines and the boat's construction make it usable in virtually all types of weather. All halyards are led to the cockpit and the sails are easily handled with lazy jack and zippack for the mainsail and furling forestay for the headsail. If the weather is not suitable for sailing with the tiller aft, you can easily and conveniently sail under motor, sheltered from wind and weather at the wheel in the wheelhouse.

The cockpit easily accommodates 6 pax, and is integrated with a pantry containing two gas burners, sink with fresh water (pressurized water), refrigerator with freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

To leeward in the bow is a forward cabin with two berths, a spacious and bright saloon with the possibility of three extra berths, and a separate toilet with sink.

As linhas contemporâneas e a construção do barco tornam-no adequado para praticamente qualquer tipo de tempo. Todas as cordas estão conduzidas até ao cockpit e as velas são manobradas facilmente com o «lazy jack» e o «zippack» para a vela grande, bem como com o estai enrolável para a vela de proa. Se o tempo não permitir navegar à vela com o leme à popa, é possível navegar de forma fácil e confortável a motor, ao abrigo do vento e das intempéries, ao volante na cabine de comando.

O cockpit acomoda facilmente 6 pessoas e está integrado com uma cozinha que inclui dois fogões a gás, um lavatório com água potável (água sob pressão), um frigorífico com congelador e um bom espaço de arrumação.

Na proa, há uma cabine dianteira com duas beliches, um salão espaçoso e luminoso com a possibilidade de se transformar em três lugares de dormir adicionais, bem como uma casa de banho separada com lavatório.
