The Canard 41 MK II is a lightweight GRP composite performance cruiser with a deep-draft keel. Measuring 12.40 m overall, with a 3.60 m beam and 2.70 m draft, it has an approximately 6,800 kg displacement. The carbon-fibre rig includes the mast, boom, steering system and rigid boom vang, supported by racing-oriented deck equipment.

The sail plan is arranged for both racing and cruising, with an extensive racing inventory, two spinnakers, a gennaker and cruising sails. A Tuff Luff racing forestay system is complemented by a furling forestay and headsail furling system for cruising use. Onboard navigation equipment comprises two chartplotters and B&G sailing instruments; the autopilot requires servicing or revision.

Below deck, the layout provides three cabins, a saloon and a separate heads compartment with marine toilet and shower. The galley is fitted with a three-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator and pressurised fresh water system. Auxiliary power is supplied by a 40 HP Yanmar diesel with approximately 2000 operating hours. The boat is VAT paid.
