Houseboat on a steel praam

This stylish houseboat of approximately 17 meters combines comfortable living with the unique feeling of living on the water. The houseboat is placed on a solid pram and offers a surprisingly spacious and bright living environment.

Upon entering, the open character of the house immediately catches the eye. The many windows all around allow plenty of natural light to flow in, creating a wonderful spacious feeling. The French doors also connect the interior directly with the outdoors on the water.

The interior is modern and tastefully decorated, with warm colors and stylish materials providing a homely feel. The new kitchen is the heart of the living space and is sleekly designed with a spacious worktop and modern appliances. Here you cook overlooking the water and in direct connection with the living room and dining area.

The bathroom is also recently renovated and modernly finished, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of today.

On the outside, the houseboat has a spacious terrace where you can sit and optimally enjoy the view and life on the water. This makes the woonark not only a comfortable home, but also a place to completely unwind.

The houseboat stands on a pram whose underwater hull was recently inspected. Where necessary, improvements were made.

In short: an attractive and ready-to-use houseboat with a modern finish, lots of light and a lovely terrace. Ideal for those who want to live stylishly and comfortably on the water.
