The ZOE 1200 is very suitable as a houseboat for use in the summer months. But can also be insulated at an additional cost.

This wooden houseboat has a warm appearance and is suitable for rental and personal use and use during the summer months. The structural superstructure is made of steel with wooden framing and built on floats of Poleytheen which are suitable against cold and ice. The photos show a houseboat ZOE that was delivered as standard but the buyer has further carpentered and furnished it. So the price mentioned is not the price belonging to the photos. ZOE can be delivered complete.

Price is excluding VAT and excluding transport.

Outboard engine 15 to 20 hp is optional.

The price does include electrical installation and basic facilities but so can be extended at extra cost.

Delivery is after order about 6 months. Everything in direct consultation with the builder.

The Zoe with red color is a nice example of the one of the latest versions. Ice resistant and unsinkable floats.
