The Lagoon 43 (3 cabins + 1 skipper cabin) is a 3-cabin version for up to 9 people. A comfortable owner’s cabin is located on the starboard side. Each of the 3 cabins has a double bed and a private bathroom/shower on the opposite side. An additional sleeping option is available in the skipper’s cabin. The Yacht is equipped with an inverter and air conditioning for hot days. Standard features include a full-batten mainsail, a genoa, a bimini top, a cockpit enclosure, an autopilot, a sprayhood, heating, and a GPS chart plotter in the cockpit.

f the yacht remains under Sea and More Yachting's charter management, it can be transferred to the new owner at short notice and will, in accordance with the existing agreement, remain in charter service with Sea and More Yachting in Rogoznica until the end of the season. If the charter management is not continued, the handover to the new owner can take place after the end of the 2026 summer season, expected to be at the end of October 2026.

The provider of this yacht acts solely as an intermediary in the sale of used items and is not their owner. All offered items are sold in the name and on behalf of the respective owner. The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information, the condition, functionality, quality, or any defects of the offered items. The buyer acknowledges that the purchase contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the actual owner. Any warranty claims, complaints, or other claims must be asserted exclusively against the respective owner of the yacht. The intermediary is excluded from any liability in this context. Errors and omissions excepted. Price net, European VAT not payed.

Die Lagoon 43 (3 Kabinen + 1 Skipperkabine) ist eine 3-Kabinen-Version für bis zu 9 Personen. Eine komfortable Eigner-Kabine befindet sich auf Steuerbord. 3 Kabinen sind mit je einem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad / Dusche auf der gegenüberliegnden Seite. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit befindet sich in der Skipperkabine. Die Yacht verfügt über Inverter und Klima-Anlage für heisse Tage. Lattengroß, Genua sowie Bimini Top, Kuchenbude, Autopilot, Sprayhood, Heizung, GPS Kartenplotter im Cockpit sind selbstverständlich.

Bei Übernahme des Chartermanagements der Yacht kann die Yacht kurzfristig übernommen werden und bleibt vertragsgemäß bis zum Ende der Saison bei Sea and More Yachting in Rogoznica im Charter. Wenn das Chartermanagement nicht übernommen wird, kann eine Übergabe nach Abschluss der Sommer-Saison 2026, vorr. Ende Oktober, an den neuen Eigner erfolgen.

Der Anbieter dieser Yacht tritt ausschließlich als Vermittler beim Verkauf gebrauchter Artikel auf und ist nicht deren Eigentümer. Alle angebotenen Artikel werden im Namen und auf Rechnung des jeweiligen Eigentümers verkauft. Der Anbieter übernimmt keine Haftung für die Richtigkeit der Angaben, den Zustand, die Funktionsfähigkeit, die Qualität oder etwaige Mängel der angebotenen Artikel. Der Käufer erkennt an, dass der Kaufvertrag direkt zwischen ihm und dem tatsächlichen Eigentümer zustande kommt. Etwaige Gewährleistungsansprüche, Reklamationen oder sonstige Forderungen sind ausschließlich gegenüber dem jeweiligen Eigentümer der Yacht geltend zu machen.
