This 1974 Colvic Northener is a well-presented single-screw motor cruiser, professionally completed from standard Colvic mouldings and maintained in very good condition. Powered by a Ford XLD 40hp naturally aspirated diesel engine with fewer than 800 hours recorded, she also features recently renewed grey upholstery and 5ft 8in headroom. Accommodation :
The Colvic Northener offers comfortable accommodation for up to two people with a V-berth in the forward cabin. The fixed saloon table could easily be modified to make a convertible double berth.  The wood-finished interior provides a traditional and welcoming atmosphere, with approximately 5 ft 8 in headroom. The galley is situated to starboard and is equipped with a Flavel two-burner butane gas hob with grill, a stainless-steel sink and pressurised cold water supplied from a 135-litre freshwater tank. Additional comforts include a stereo system and diesel cabin heating. The separate heads compartment is fitted with a marine toilet and a 45-litre holding tank. The companionway leads into a spacious cockpit with ample seating, useful storage lockers and a full cockpit enclosure, providing a sheltered area for relaxing and entertaining in a variety of weather conditions.

The wheelhouse was factory-made and fitted.  Trojan was last out of the water in August 2026 for an inspection and Jet Wash. The vessel was last antifouled in August 2026 The owner has enjoyed the vessel for the last 8 years and is selling as the is retiring from boating. Mechanical Systems: The Colvic Northerner is equipped with a Ford XLD 40HPnaturally aspirateddiesel engine that was fitted in the year 2000 and has completed approx 747 hours as at 20th October 2026.  The engine propels a shaft-mounted three-bladed bronze prop propeller, operated via Morse controls. Fuel is stored in a single 220-litre plastic fuel tank.  This engine benefits was last serviced by the owner in September 2026. ThisColvic Northerner can achieve a cruising speed of approximately 5 knots, with a maximum speed of 6 knots. 

Electrical Systems: This Vessel is equipped with two 12-volt batteries, comprising one 40AH for engine use and one 90AH for domestic purposes. Both batteries are approximately 1 year old.  These batteries charge directly from the engine alternator,  This vessel also benefits from 240-volt shore power.
