After selling his previous high-end boat company, founder Splits launched Split House Boats to pursue a new vision of living on the water. Known for his creativity and hands-on approach, he continues to develop designs that stand out for their build quality, functionality and distinctive style.


Using his technical expertise and personal passion for boats, he created this sailing houseboat ( recreational boat) . Inspired by his background as a former rock musician, Splits added a unique design feature: a meticulously crafted guitar engraving on the exterior wall. It is his personal signature.


All in all, a nice complete boat that will have no trouble finding a berth in any marina! Warranty: as a registered manufacturer, SHB complies with the EU warranty legislation of 24 months.

Other: The floats are PVC padded with foam. The frame is made of aluminum. The structure is made as follows: The cabin is made of SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels). 12 mm OSB chipboard + 100 mm PUR (expanded polystyrene insulation) + 12 mm OSB chipboard. The entire exterior of the cabin is covered with GRP (Reinforced Plastic) This provides a complete waterproofing of the SIP panels.
