Beautiful speciment of a well maintained Sealine F42/5.
Miss Mollie has been on freshwater from 2004 to 2019 which makes a lot less wear&tear.

The vessel is currently in Mallorca area but can be delivered to any location in the Mediterranean upon agreement.

The vessel is really well documented with Bill of Sales since she was new, CE certificate, Builders Certificate and EU Declaration. Manuals of all equipment is also included including upgrades and services. Workshop manual from VP is also included.
She comes with thorough handover documents and well made procedures from a thorough owner.

She is currently sailing under Polish flag with VAT paid.

Miss Mollie is equipped with the largest engine installation Sealine did in the F42/5. She has twin Volvo Penta TAMD75P-EDC which produces 480bhp per engine. This makes her incredibly fuel efficient at slower speeds. She does 8-9 knots at 1200 rpm and consumes 25-30L/hr on both installments.

Anti-Theft GPS tracker is also installed
Interior motion sensor and contactor alarm on all hatches and doors with app alerts.

Updated Raymarine Navigation with doppler radar, autopilot, AIS and charts from 2018. Both on flybridge and cockpit. Two VHF handsets are also connected to this system with automatic distress function.

12v Starlink Gen3 for superfast Internet (2-300mbit) with 4/5G mobile router for backup connectivity. CCTV Cameras for reversing and surveillance. Starlink subscription can be put on pause when wintering the vessel.

Aft Deck
Swim platform with ladder, cradle for dingy and gangway. Swim platform extends horizontally 3ft making the aft deck quite large for this size boat. Mooring storage, as well as lots of storage under the seats.
Electric BBQ and ICE MAKER built in, which is a must in the warm summer.
Behind 2 hatches in the aft deck roof you will find the canopy and table for the aft deck. Clever stow-away. 2 Manual bilge pumps and lockable hatch into the lazarette.

Shore power for both 10-16A and 32A with all sorts of converters for different plugs. 20+m shore cable. Hot&Cold water shower

Lazarette / Cargo hold
Solid stainless steel ladder enters the spacious lazarette with a door into the aft part of the engine room.
Water filters for the generator and air conditioners. Washing machine and storage for dingy and electric outboard engine. Electrical panels, smart battery charger with Victron BT connection and Andriod/iOS app. Fuel filters for main engines as well as generator. Storage for tools & misc. 9kva electric start Kohler diesel generator with only 360 hrs. Generator can be controlled from lazarette and main electric panel.

Battery isolator is also installed as well as water heater in the lazarette. There is also spare parts in this storage such as oil filter, drive belt, fuel filter, impeller and some gaskets for emergency repairs.

The door to the aft part of the engine room allows you to maintain engine main water filters, shafts and gear boxes. Main sea cogs are also located here as well as a smart wifi water detector with app notification and siren.

A Bonpet automatic fire ampule is installed in the Lazarette as well as a smoke detector.

Flybridge
Normally the main driving position with all electronics. Raymarine autopilot, charts (big screen) and doppler radar. Navigation system is upgraded with Yacht Devices system which includes engine data. Yacht Devices has its own web server where one can access raw data over vessel WiFi.

Survival raft for 6 people, antennas and 12v fridge. A bimini shelters you from the sun on warm days when you need shade.

Real teak in the solid flybridge stairway with drainage of water. Big sunbed which easily fits 4 people and seating for 6-8 depending on the sunbed configuration. In-place table and mobile table

Anchor/Windlass can be controlled from both flybridge, bow and cockpit.
Outdoor marine speakers installed connected to the saloon stereo system(BT).

Saloon / Cockpit
Sliding lockable door which also locks in open position. Fuel and return fuel valves under the step into the saloon. These valves allows you to configure which fuel tanks to draw&return fuel from in case of emergency or dirty fuel in one of the tanks. Fuel tanks are not inter connected due to safety.

Air conditioner for both cold and hot air with its own zone. BT stereo, portable VHF radios (Grab&Go) and WiFi equipment. Saloon couch with storage under as well a pull out sleeper sofa which sleeps 2 people. The saloon also holds a small office space.

230v sockets (UK) throughout the whole saloon. Light controls for aft deck and inside which is all dimmable. Plenty of cupboard and drawer storage. There is also under deck pantry in the saloon. Perfect for storing cool brewages.

Sound proof hatches takes you into the main engine room.

Engine Room
Batteries (5 in total) with a total of 1000Ah under the “walk way”. These provide 70-80 hrs with normal power usage. Simply start the generator or main engine to re-charge. Sealed lead-acid batteries. With the smart 230v battery the batteries are well maintained and topped up to ensure long lasting lifetime. Battery charged also takes care of battery maintenance.

Only one of the main engines charges the battery pack. This engine has its own isolated starter battery which always provides you with electricity to start the vessel if you should be careless and empty the batteries. There is also a cross over switch which allows you to start the 2nd engine. Generator also has its own isolated start battery ensuring you always have electricity on the vessel.

Bonpet automatic fire ampule also installed in the main engine room as well a traditional automatic CO2 fire suppression system which can also be released manually from the helm or the flybridge.

The twin Volvo Penta's are well maintained with annually service by VP mechanic. All hoses and tubing are in great condition as well as seacocks The engine room is clean tidy.

Cockpit / Helm
Comfy leather seats with storage underneath, full navigation set. Flaps controls, engine controls. Swiches for all necessities incl manual on/off for bilge pumps.
Miss Mollie is equipped with 4 automatic bilge pumps throughout the hull. She also has two WiFi smart water alarms with siren which will send push messages to your cell phone if water should enter the hull and kick off a siren.

Two electric windows are controlled from the helms position in addition to a normal ship window just over the galley.

Galley / Kitchen
Loads of cupboards and drawers for storage. 2 plate ceramic cook top. Twin basin sink with adjustable faucet. 12 in 1 Ninja oven from 2025 has replaced the traditional microwave. This oven rocks!

230v Kettle & Toaster. Basically, a fully furnished small kitchen with all needed pots&pans.
Huge under deck cold storage in the crawl space which is cooled by the AC.
2kg CO2 fire extinguisher (new 2025) as well as several fire blankets makes cooking safe&secure.

Ship flooring in the galley.

Guest Cabin
Twin bed or king size bed configuration. Extra comfy mattresses for a good nights sleep. Storage closet and drawers. Tons of storage under the beds.
Its own AC climate zone (hot&cold). Direct access to day head (jack&jill).

Access to Raymarine computers and helm electronics behind the headroom plate.
Small TV with new Android TV box connected to the internet.

Captains Cabin
Master bed with large storage drawer underneath. A hatch takes you into the hull where the bow thruster is located. Bow thruster has its own battery for emergency use. Yet more storage under the deck. New soft mattress installed.
Large closet with loads of storage cupboards and storage bins. Master cabin also has on-suite bathroom with separate shower enclosure. All WC’s are electrical. Teak flooring.
Cabin also have a escape hatch which is also handy for letting a cool breeze thru the vessel when anchored up.
This cabin also has its own AC zone which makes 3 zones in total on the vessel. A bigger TV is installed in this cabin also with the same Android TV system as the saloon and guest cabin.

SAFETY
This vessel has been modernized over the years. There are 3-4 fire extinguishers on board. All inspected 2025. She comes with a registered EPIRB with fresh battery. This unit uses low frequency signals via satellite and will give your exact location directly to the coast guard / SAR if you hit the destress button.
The same goes for the McMurdo PLB which is new 2025 which is perfect for costal sailing.

The life raft on the fly bridge holds 6 people.
There are also two powerful handheld UHF/VHF radios with a frequency list and emergency numbers for the whole Mediterranean.

Crewsaver has supplied the life vests on the boat as well as the life raft.

Also there is no propane gas on the vessel. Everything is electrical.

She’s also well protected against fire. As she has both a CO2 automatic suppression system and Bonpet chemical fire ampule system developed by the US Navy. These units shatters at around 100C and releases a chemical. Each unit is supposed to extinguish about 8 cubic meters.

Other things worth mentioning
The black water system onboard Miss Mollie has been improved. Nobody fancies a clogged WC so she has improved WC pumps. Also the discard pump is non impeller, but membrane driven so stuck paper is a thing of the past. Blackwater tank holds 220l which is big for a boat this size.

There is also a Highfield Roll UP 250 included. This rolls up into a big rucksack for easy stowage. Its driven by an ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus from 2021. Both in great condition.

The Con’s
As I would like to be a honest seller I have to address the minor tings which needs to be improved.
The teak deck on the swim platform is done for. At a few points its been sanded all the way down to the fibreglass. As this area is prone to salt water I would recommend using a PVC based anti-slip "teak" here. This can be sorted before a handover as its on my to-do list. Remaining teak still has more life to it but should have a deep clean and re-oil.

Saloon carpets are still fine for a few more years, but they need a deep steamy clean.
The top navigation light (anchor and forward) still works but should be replaced.
