The owners purchased the boat in early 2023 and invested heavily to make it exceptionally beautiful. However, the distance to their home in Germany is too great, and they don’t use the boat often enough. With regret, they have decided to sell it.

There are two Mermaid boats: Mermaid 1 and Mermaid 2. The boats share a central dock leading to the side entrance of the boat. A very nice and clever design. The boats are mirror images of each other but otherwise have the same layout. The boat for sale is in the best spot, moored freely on the outer side.
The concrete hull is very strong, requires no maintenance or cleaning, and is extremely stable and smooth even in choppy water.

The boat’s layout is very clever and cozy. A beautiful, spacious living area with a kitchenette serving as a partition. And at the rear, two spacious rooms. One bedroom with beds measuring 160 by 2 meters. The other room is identical and can also be converted into a bedroom. The current owners have converted this into a luxurious additional sitting/office area. You enter the boat from the side. The front decks have awnings. The view is impressive. The boats were built by the highly experienced houseboat builder HT-Houseboats but exclusively designed by Beiler-Kreativ.

The boats can be rented out and, of course, used for recreational purposes. The boats can be used and/or lived in year-round. (Registration for permanent residence is not possible.) In May 2024, the houseboat’s front deck was renovated. And in 2024–2025, the interior and decks of the boat were made even more beautiful.

Other: CE-D certified as a boat. The builder of these HT boats has many years of experience building houseboats and floating hotel rooms. They have been active in the market since 2005. All houseboats comply with the ISO standards set forth in EU Directive 2013/53.

The ferrocement construction ensures that the boats are unsinkable because they are very sturdy and can therefore withstand decades of wind, weather, and ice without requiring maintenance. The frame structure is made of wood and insulated with polystyrene. From the outside, the facade has a Scandinavian style.

Inside, the structures are primarily made of glass and wood.

They are anchored using a system of piles driven down to the bottom of the waterway.

Cabins: 2 x double room (4 fixed beds) with 2 x double bed 160-200 and additional sleeping on sofa bed.

Water tank & material: There is a direct water connection but a water tank can always be installed if needed.
Other: There is no motor on board, but one can be attached to the houseboat if the boat needs to be transported. The maximum motor power is 60 PK or 44.1 kW, and it must be a long-tail type.
