The Fly 34, also called Mosquito104 is a slender Danish classic built in 1980. This sporty sailor was designed by the maritime architectural firm Elvstrøm & Kjaerulff. Over the years many improvements and replacements have been made, including propulsion with engine (Volvo Penta MD2020) and sails (mainsail and jib Hagoort Sails). The rigging with high mast, narrow hull shape and deep keel means fast and high downwind sailing. The interior is simple but characteristic, with 4 longitudinal benches and headroom. A few points of attention: the top light needs to be checked. There is a new bulb, but does not work well. also the mast and halyards need attention and the hood needs replacement.
