I am offering my privately owned **LM 30** from 1983 for sale. This is a well-regarded Danish motorsailer, known for its solid construction, practical interior layout and good sailing characteristics. The yacht is in very good technical and visual condition, ready to sail and still in regular use.

One of the main advantages of this yacht is the enclosed wheelhouse, which, together with an efficient Webasto heating system, makes sailing comfortable not only in summer, but also in spring and autumn. The yacht has been lifted out of the water every winter and protected with a new antifouling coating each season. The hull shows no signs of osmosis. The yacht is registered and insured in Poland.

**Engine**

A major advantage of this yacht is the fully overhauled Bukh engine. The overhaul was carried out at the beginning of 2026 and included, among other works:

• replacement of piston rings,
  
• replacement of all seals and gaskets,
  
• replacement of bolts and washers,
  
• replacement of engine mounts,
  
• overhaul of the injection pump,
  
• new engine paint coating.
  

Since the overhaul, the engine has run for approximately **15 hours**, so it is still in the running-in period. It runs very well. Fuel consumption at approximately **6 knots** is below **3 litres per hour**. Total engine hours are approximately **2,700**.
