Perhaps the ultimate ‘do everything’ performance 56ft yacht ever launched. Unrivalled build quality and engineering combined with everything you could need for fast, effortless, comfortable cruising. TI-COYO is a VERY special yacht by any measure.
FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:
Delivered in 2007 as hull No.5 of the Judel/Vrolijk & Co. designed Baltic 56 semi-custom series, TI-COYO differs from her earlier peers (BIONIK-ELK, LAETITIA, LURIGNA AND WHISPER) in having a carbon fibre structural doghouse, providing unparalleled comfort and protection in the forward cockpit area. With the electric in-boom furling mainsail sheeting to the doghouse roof and with a self-tacking jib track, TI-COYO can be effortlessly sailed single-handed without a tangle of lines in the cockpit. Manoeuvring is equally simply thanks to hydraulic bow and stern-thrusters. Completing her short-handed sailing focus, TI-COYO also benefits from a extremely comfortable twin-stateroom, twin heads interior layout, finished as only Baltic Yachts can, along with a full cruising inventory including generator, watermaker, air-conditioning, washing machine and so on.
In parallel easy-cruising abilities, TI-COYO is every bit as speedy as he sisterships, thanks to sharing the same slippery Judel/Vrolijk hull lines, advanced composite hull construction, 2.80m draft stainless steel fin keel with lead torpedo bulb, carbon fibre rudder, Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre rig and a suit of North 3Di sails.
In short, TI-COYO is arguably the ultimately ‘do everything’ mid-50ft performance cruiser afloat and certainly one of the best engineered and boasting the highest quality of construction.

MANUFACTURER’S COMMENTS:
Hull number 5 was the first of the semi-custom 56 footers with a deckhouse. The deckhouse concept with openable side and front windows offers a cosy sheltered cockpit for late dinner or protection when sailing in cold weather conditions. The yacht had a deck layout more like a mega yacht with the large cockpit intended for use like an outdoor salon, while the living space below deck was kept to a minimum. This layout also offered large storage spaces. Judel/vrolijk & co designed this deck layout bearing in mind the fact that this boat was to be used for single-handed cruising. The keel draft was 2.7m, which allowed entering shallow harbours.
