THE NORDIC NS 36 ECO 23 IS A VERY COZY AND COMFORTABLE HOUSEBOAT WITH EXCELLENT SAILING CHARACTERISTICS AND IS IDEAL FOR 2 PEOPLE (PLUS 2). THE LUXURIOUS BATHROOM AND BEAUTIFUL FINISHES OF THE BOAT ENSURE THAT THE OWNER WILL IMMEDIATELY FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS BOAT. CURRENTLY, TWO DEMO MODELS FROM 2025 ARE AVAILABLE. The other demo model has a 20 PK engine instead of a 30 PK engine. That boat does not have a rooftop terrace, whereas this one does. Additionally, this demo boat is equipped with a Hikvision security system as an optional feature. Nordic Season is offering several newly built 2025 demo boats. These fully equipped, well-maintained, and seaworthy demo boats, built in 2025, are moored on a lake in Svencelé, Lithuania. However, this project is being discontinued because the boats can only be used for a maximum of 2 months per year at this location. That is why this massive discount is now available.

Nordic Season is a Finnish design created by two professional companies that together have over 20 years of experience in shipbuilding, combined with technology and expertise in home construction.


The houseboats are built to Finnish standards . Sturdy, solid, easy to navigate, and built to withstand harsh winters. The floats are made of polyethylene (high-density polyethylene (HDPE)) with a notch on the underside to provide better grip on the water while sailing. The frame is constructed of aluminum , making the houseboat easy and light to maneuver. The side rails make sailing much safer than standard houseboats of this size.

Thanks to the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness you won’t find anywhere else.


Sustainability and environmentally friendly production are top priorities in its construction . The houseboats are manufactured from sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood—a non-toxic natural product that, thanks in part to water-based preservatives, has an exceptionally long lifespan and comes with a long warranty. All materials used are recyclable.


The NS 36-23 consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom.

This 36 m² Eco-Wood houseboat is recommended for two to four people.

In the standard version since 2023 is a strong aluminum frame with insulated windows, double and secure tinted glass.
