Bavaria 42-3 Custom Line – Wicked | 2008 | very fully equipped and much investedThe Bavaria 42-3 Custom Line Wicked is a comfortable and solid sailing yacht for those looking for a spacious Bavaria 42 with excellent sailing characteristics, great comfort, and above all, an impressive package of recent investments. This vessel, built in 2008, is in very well-maintained condition and is equipped for both relaxing holidays and longer sailing trips. Over the past few years, the owner has invested significantly in the sails, navigation equipment, engineering, and fittings, among other things.

A particularly strong point is the sail equipment . Both the mainsail and the genoa are from 2025 , manufactured by M-Sails and made of Challenge Atlantic Premium Cruise Dacron. The mainsail has an area of 37 m² and the genoa 51 m². Both sails were installed in the spring of 2025 and are therefore as good as new. The combination with the Furlex roller system and the Lewmar winches, including electric winches, makes the ship very user-friendly under sail.

The Bavaria 42 Custom Line is also excellently equipped technically and electronically. In 2021, a Raymarine Axiom 9+ chartplotter, Quantum Q2 4D Doppler radar, and Raymarine Ray63 VHF radio were installed, among other things. Furthermore, Wicked features Raymarine ST60+ instruments, a Raymarine SmartPilot ST6002 autopilot, and AIS. The compasses were renewed in 2024.

The investments continue. The three 140 Ah Vetus AGM batteries are from 2025 , as are various other upgrades. In 2026, the saildrive seal, all valves, the impeller pump, cooling water hoses, air vent, and silencer , among other things, were replaced. The engine underwent a major service in January 2026.

On deck, the yacht features a sprayhood, bimini, cockpit tent, swim platform, teak in the cockpit, and a practical cockpit table with extension. The saloon was renovated in 2021 , while the roller blinds were replaced in 2022. Inside, you will find three cabins, two bathrooms, a spacious saloon, and a galley running lengthwise.

Wicked has a CE design category A (Ocean) and is therefore designed for sailing at sea under severe conditions.
