Notes
2010 Hallberg-Rassy 310, NOK 1,350,000
Broker's comment: "We rarely or never see such well-maintained boats. A 16-year-old boat that is nearly without faults or defects. It has been maintained above and below the waterline, inside drawers and cabinets and under floors and in the engine room. Our best example!"
The Hallberg-Rassy 310 is perhaps one of the shipyard's best models. One of the smallest, yes, but incredibly well-thought-out. It sails well and has a distinct rudder and keel profile compared to most other HR boats.
We can highly recommend this boat both for good sailing experiences with the boat's brand new sails, but also for fantastic comfort that almost no boats of this size can boast. One of our favorites!
The boat is based on the island of Aukra west of Molde. By appointment, it can be viewed there or in Molde.
The buyer is informed that the boat is sold “as is”, cf. the Norwegian Purchase Act § 19. This means that the boat is taken over in the condition it was in when the contract was concluded, including any faults, defects or wear and tear that is typical of age and use.
The seller disclaims liability for hidden faults or defects, unless there are circumstances covered by the Norwegian Purchase Act § 19 second paragraph, including significant defects or conditions that the seller knew or should have known about and has not disclosed.
The buyer confirms that he has had the opportunity to inspect the boat and is encouraged to have made his own investigations before entering into the agreement.
The broker/agent is not a party to the agreement and disclaims any liability for the boat's condition, technical function or other conditions. The broker has only provided contact and information based on the seller's information.
