Take a hull with three variable superstructure, deck and stern designs, add countless functional details, a modern adventure-style marketing approach and plenty of passion for watersports – and there you have it: an Axopar yacht.

As in life in general, it's probably the younger yards that are most likely to proclaim small or large revolutions … and actually carry them out! Finland's Axopar yard is certainly one of them: "only" on the market since 2014, but already a market leader for several years – at least in its segment: outdoor, adventure and sport.

Plenty of adventure

Axopar calls itself "The Adventure Company". Behind that lies more than just a throwaway advertising slogan: a yard concept thought through down to the last detail, cool hull lines and functional design. Everything is geared towards the modern "Homo sapiens Outdooris", who wants to – and should – explore the supposed wilderness with all their toys: kayaks, mountain bikes, climbing gear, wing surf boards and diving equipment. It's obvious that this strikes a chord with several generations at once.

Cool from the very start

The Finnish yard caught the attention of the international boating scene right away with its first effort in 2014. For the 28-foot outboard Axopar 28, they offered three different layouts based on a single hull design: you can choose between two open versions and one enclosed version. In addition, different stern and deck designs are available for each. This in turn offers great variety in series boatbuilding with the smallest possible production effort. The icing on the cake was – and still is – an exceptionally good value for money.

2015 saw the arrival of the Axopar 37 – considerably larger than the 28 (which is still being built) and equipped with correspondingly more options, yet built according to the same 3-in-1 principle. Another year later came the trailerable Axopar 22, which is likewise offered following the same design principle. The Axopar 37 was developed in close cooperation with the dealers, who – being closer to customer wishes – ensure innovative and particularly functional, because clever, details. The flagship Axopar 45 was presented for the first time at the 2021 Yachting Festival in Cannes.

Everything fits together

Axopar boats stand out above all for their functionality and individuality. Their build quality is typically Scandinavian, in other words close to perfection, and the available engine outputs are adequate without ever seeming ostentatious. Axopar has already won several awards in the international boat market with all of its models.

Axopar boats are designed in Finland and built in Augustów, Poland, with construction supervised by the Finnish designers.
