Ownership & Usage History
The yacht was acquired by the current owner in 2017 and has since been used regularly during the summer season, primarily for coastal cruising along the Oslofjord and Eastern Norway coastline. The previous owner operated the yacht on the West Coast of Norway.
Total ownership: three owners.

The yacht presents as well maintained, with consistent servicing of both engine and onboard systems. She has not been used for extended offshore passages or bluewater cruising.

Winter storage has been in a heated marina (“bubble harbour”) at Fornebu and Asker Marina.

Engine servicing and winterization have been carried out annually by professional workshops, including Holtekilen Motorverksted and Asker Marine. The yacht has also been hauled annually for antifouling, anode replacement, and polishing.

The electrical system was upgraded in 2021, optimized for extended anchoring (“at anchor”) over several days, including operation of high-load equipment such as a coffee machine.

Hallberg-Rassy Varvs AB is known for excellent owner support and documentation based on hull number, providing added confidence for ownership and future maintenance.

Norwegian vat paid, not EU vat paid.
