Die Lucia 40 wurde
- Ausschließlich privat genutzt, nie verchartert oder vermietet und immer nur mit kleiner Crew (Einhand oder Familie) gesegelt

Der Unterwasseranstrich wurde zuletzt im Mai 2025 erneuert. Zudem wurde der Rumpf poliert.
Der Liegeplatz in Antibes (20 Minuten vom Flughafen Nizza) ist bezahlt bis Mai 2026 und der Vertrag läuft bis Oktober 2026. Der Vertrag kann verlängert werden.

Very well maintained and extensively equipped Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 – 3-cabin Owner’s Version for sale due to upgrade.

The Lucia 40 is in excellent condition and equipped with numerous extras for single-handed sailing and blue-water cruising.

This is the Owner’s Version:
• 1 large owner’s cabin to starboard with double bed, desk, toilet and bathroom with separate walk-in shower
• 2 guest cabins to port, each with bathroom including toilet and shower

The Lucia 40 has:
• Been used exclusively for private purposes, never chartered or rented, and always sailed with a small crew (single-handed or family)
• German registration
• VAT paid (documentation available)

The antifouling was last renewed in May 2025 and the hull was polished at the same time.
The berth in Antibes (20 minutes from Nice Airport) is paid until May 2026, with the contract running until October 2026. The contract can be extended.
