Are you looking for a genuine motoryacht with high comfort that is optimized for year-round living and for longer trips over the open sea and have around 200.000 EUR in budget? Don't miss the opportunity to experience this unique Swedish quality-built ship-registered ocean classed motoryacht named Spinosa 43 in classic design with a second helm station up on its aft deck and bulb in the bow like larger ocean-going ships.
The boat, which is a solid construction of Swedish high-quality ship steel with a beautiful interior in hand-built solid genuine Honduras mahogany, is fully winterized with double glazing in all windows and a water-borne heating system powered by a Kabola 3kW boiler, or electric immersion heater, with built-in convectors in all rooms. Air-borne heating is also offered via the boat's Eberspäscher heating system. The powertrain consists of a very reliable powerful Volvo Penta TAMD 120A turbodiesel of 342 hp which was completely renovated and had 75 running hours when it was mounted and installed in the boat in 1997.
"Princess Emelie" as the boat is called offers an exclusive aft cabin with a large double bed on the rear lower deck. Before the cabin is the boat´s large fully tiled bathroom with vacuum flush toilet and shower. Up in the boat's large bright salon and wheelhouse with sturdy lockable captain's doors out to both the port and starboard side decks is an L-shaped sofa group with a dining table for 4 people, a fixed stool for the captain and double opening skylight sunroofs in the cabin roof.
The boat's large open aft deck with its second wheelhouse and its large dining area with teak table and benches with cushions for 6 people is reached quickly and easily via the captain's doors and the side decks. From the aft deck, which also has a large bimini top for protection against sun, weather and wind, there is a door and a ladder down to the boat's large deep bathing platform in 2 sections with an internal integrated bathing platform with a large storage and technical room under a stainless steel hatch and an external extended part with davits for storing the boat's dinghy.
From the boat's central wheelhouse and saloon, there are stairs down to its lower front deck with a large inviting saloon with a large fully equipped kitchen and dining group for 4 persons with a height-adjustable table that can be folded down to an extra double bed. Thanks to the large window sections in the hull and the skylight top hatches in the boat's front cabin roof, the light in the bow is impressively good. In the front of the boat is the boat's fore cabin with a big V-bed with insert plate and insert cushion so 3 persons can sleep good here. Above the V-bed and along the hull sides are 2 bunk beds with cushions (these are not used today - instead the bunks are used as storage).
This very impressive ship is available for viewing and seatrial in the city Bua in northern Halland (South west of Sweden) and is sold fully ready for the season with a guarantee that its powertrain and all significant systems are functional at the time of the boat's sale and delivery. We offer delivery of the boat throughout Europe. Ask us for a quote for transport of the boat to your home port.
