Beneteau Gran Turismo 41 2023: Driving Pleasure with the Archipelago Within Reach

The name Gran Turismo comes from the world of cars, where it describes a car built to be driven far, fast and in comfort, all at once. Beneteau's GT41 keeps that promise at sea, with a helm placed in the middle of the boat, a layout we rarely see in this size class.

She also has the strongest engine option available, twin Volvo Penta D6-380 with a combined 760 hp. With the Air Step 2 hull, the yard's own figures are a cruising speed of 27 knots and a top speed of 38 knots.

Aft, the electric swim platform takes a load of 180 kg, enough for a tender or a jet ski, but it is when it stands empty that I would argue it shows its best side. Forward, the sun pads have adjustable backrests and a fold-up bimini, which turns the foredeck into a lounge as much as a sunbathing spot.

The cockpit is built around a large U-shaped sofa, with room for up to eight at the table, and a wet bar with grill, sink, fridge and dishwasher. Large glass panels keep the archipelago in view, and below deck the hull windows in the saloon and both cabins do the same.

She has had two owners since new, and both stayed within the Gran Turismo line when moving up in size. She has been serviced by authorised Volvo Penta workshops, most recently in October 2026.
