Between 2023 and 2024, an extremely extensive and high-quality refit was carried out, which brought the Tasman technically up to date and optimized her for many more ocean passages. She is ready to go immediately.

- Engine: Complete overhaul of the reliable Perkins M90 (83 hp) engine in 2024. Extremely economical consumption (~4 l/h) for a range of approx. 900 nautical miles under engine.
