COCKPIT AND DECK
The Oceanis 411 has a spacious cockpit with a central helm position, large steering wheel, cockpit table, seating and direct access to the bathing platform.
A bathing ladder, sprayhood and large bimini or sun protection are present.
The yacht is equipped with a furling genoa and a mainsail with boom cover or lazy-bag system. The age, manufacturer and current condition of the sails are not documented by recent sailmaker invoices and should be inspected during the viewing.
The age and technical condition of the standing and running rigging are also not documented by a recent professional rig inspection. The mast and rigging have not been removed or inspected by an independent rigger as part of the present sales process.
KNOWN CONDITION OF THE TEAK DECK
The existing teak deck is worn due to age and must be removed or comprehensively renewed. This is not limited to a few minor local repairs.
After removal of the existing teak, the future owner may choose a new teak deck, a synthetic deck covering or a professionally applied non-slip deck coating.
In the opinion of Nautic-Mallorca, a professionally applied, low-maintenance non-slip deck finish would be a technically and economically sensible solution.
The known condition of the teak deck has been expressly taken into account when setting the reduced sale price.
ENGINE AND MAINTENANCE
The yacht is equipped with a 55 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine and shaft drive.
During recent years, maintenance, repairs and winter-service work were largely carried out by the owner. Consequently, there is no complete archive of workshop and service invoices.
Work on the underwater hull, winter maintenance and antifouling is partially documented by recent photographs. The photographs show the underwater hull, keel, rudder, shaft and propeller during the work.
A buyer is advised to have the engine and technical systems inspected by a qualified technician or marine surveyor before purchase.
DOCUMENTATION
Documents currently available include the manufacturer’s CE conformity documentation, the German International Certificate for Pleasure Craft or ADAC registration document, and the 2017 purchase agreement.
The current international certificate records the yacht name DON EMILIO, German flag, hull identification number FR-BEY76965E303, construction year 2003 and Volvo Penta engine. The available certificate was issued on 6 October 2025 and is valid until 5 October 2027.

VAT STATUS

HISTORICAL INFORMATION REGARDING OSMOSIS AND DAMAGE
In the 2017 purchase agreement, the seller at that time stated that the yacht was free of osmosis at the time of sale and that, to the best of his knowledge, it had not suffered any accident or other hull damage.
This statement relates exclusively to the former seller’s knowledge and declaration in 2017. It is not a current technical warranty and does not replace a present-day inspection of the underwater hull or an independent marine survey.
VIEWING, SURVEY AND LIFT-OUT
The yacht can be viewed in Valencia by prior appointment.
Interested buyers may appoint an independent marine surveyor, engine technician, electrician, sailmaker or rigger at their own cost.
A lift-out for inspection of the underwater hull can also be organised at the buyer’s request. All related expenses are payable by the buyer. These include lifting and marina charges, surveyor’s fees, technical inspections, travel, accommodation and any other costs connected with the inspection.
SALE CONDITIONS
The special price is €70,000.
This offer is valid exclusively until 30 July 2026. The sale and the complete purchase transaction must be finalised by that date.
The yacht is offered as a used vessel in its present condition. It is not being sold as fully refitted, new or free from defects.
The condition of the teak deck, the maintenance history not fully supported by invoices, the current engine-hour reading still to be confirmed and the absence of separate official VAT evidence have been taken into account in the price.
A transferable berth is not included in the sale.

BAÑERA Y CUBIERTA
El Oceanis 411 dispone de una bañera espaciosa con puesto de gobierno central, gran rueda de timón, mesa de bañera, bancos y acceso directo a la plataforma de baño.
Dispone de escalera de baño, capota de protección y una amplia protección solar tipo bimini.
El barco está equipado con génova enrollable y vela mayor con funda de botavara o sistema lazy bag. La antigüedad, el fabricante y el estado actual de las velas no están documentados mediante facturas recientes de una velería y deberán revisarse durante la visita.
La antigüedad y el estado técnico de la jarcia firme y de labor tampoco están documentados mediante una inspección profesional reciente. El mástil y la jarcia no han sido desmontados ni revisados por un especialista independiente dentro del actual proceso de venta.
ESTADO CONOCIDO DE LA CUBIERTA DE TECA
La cubierta de teca existente está desgastada por la antigüedad y debe retirarse o renovarse completamente. No se trata únicamente de pequeñas reparaciones localizadas.
Después de retirar la teca, el futuro propietario podrá elegir entre instalar una nueva cubierta de teca, un revestimiento sintético o aplicar una pintura de cubierta profesional con acabado antideslizante.
Desde el punto de vista de Nautic-Mallorca, una terminación profesional antideslizante y de fácil mantenimiento sería una solución técnica y económicamente razonable.
El estado conocido de la cubierta de teca se ha tenido expresamente en cuenta al establecer el precio reducido.
MOTOR Y MANTENIMIENTO
El barco está equipado con un motor diésel Volvo Penta de 55 CV y transmisión por eje.
Durante los últimos años, muchos trabajos de mantenimiento, reparación y servicio de invierno fueron realizados directamente por el propietario. Por este motivo no existe un archivo completo de facturas de talleres y servicios.
Los trabajos en la obra viva, el mantenimiento de invierno y la aplicación de antifouling están parcialmente documentados mediante fotografías recientes. Las imágenes muestran, entre otros elementos, la obra viva, la quilla, el timón, el eje y la hélice durante los trabajos.
Antes de la compra se recomienda que el motor y las instalaciones técnicas sean revisados por un profesional o perito naval.
DOCUMENTACIÓN
Entre la documentación actualmente disponible se encuentran los documentos de conformidad CE del fabricante, el certificado internacional alemán de la embarcación o documento de registro ADAC y el contrato de compraventa de 2017.
El certificado internacional actual indica el nombre DON EMILIO, la bandera alemana, el número de casco FR-BEY76965E303, el año de construcción 2003 y el motor Volvo Penta. El documento disponible fue emitido el 6 de octubre de 2025 y es válido hasta el 5 de octubre de 2027.
Los documentos que contienen datos personales no se publican en internet. Podrán ser revisados dentro de un proceso de compra concreto y serio.
ESTADO DEL IVA
En el contrato de compraventa de 2017, el vendedor de aquel momento confirmó por escrito que los aranceles aduaneros y el IVA legal habían sido pagados.
Actualmente no se dispone de un certificado oficial independiente de pago del IVA, de la factura original de primera compra ni de una certificación fiscal separada. El propietario está intentando obtener documentación adicional a través de archivos anteriores o de la autoridad correspondiente.

Según la información facilitada por el propietario actual, el barco ha permanecido en España durante un largo periodo. Su estancia en España puede documentarse parcialmente mediante facturas y otros documentos disponibles, que se facilitarán para su revisión dentro de un proceso de compra serio.
INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICA SOBRE ÓSMOSIS Y DAÑOS
En el contrato de compraventa de 2017, el vendedor de aquel momento declaró que el barco estaba libre de ósmosis en la fecha de la venta y que, según su conocimiento, no había sufrido accidentes ni otros daños en el casco.
Esta declaración se refiere exclusivamente a la información y al conocimiento del vendedor en 2017. No constituye una garantía técnica actual y no sustituye una revisión actual de la obra viva ni una inspección realizada por un perito naval independiente.
VISITA, PERITAJE Y VARADA
El barco puede visitarse en Valencia con cita previa.
Los compradores interesados pueden contratar, por su cuenta, a un perito naval independiente, mecánico, electricista, velero o especialista en jarcia.
También puede organizarse una varada para revisar la obra viva a petición del comprador. Todos los gastos relacionados serán por cuenta del comprador. Esto incluye grúa, gastos del puerto, honorarios del perito, revisiones técnicas, desplazamientos, alojamiento y cualquier otro coste relacionado con la inspección.
