Lady Marjan is located in Aalborg Marina on its own longship berth - with perhaps the kingdom's most beautiful sunset. There is the possibility of a registered address. The marina offers nature, open spaces and easy access to Fur, Skagen and the Swedish west coast.

Economy and trade
The ship was valued at approx. 7.33 million DKK in up-market 2022. DKK and is now priced for early trade, as the owner has gone ashore. The seller offers 5 years installment-free financing up to DKK 1 million. DKK against a mortgage on the ship at an interest rate of 5.5%. The balance is settled in cash. There is also the possibility of exchange with another asset up to approx. 1 million DKK. DKK 1 MILLION.
It should be noted that mortgage loans cannot be taken out for estate boats. Potential buyers should therefore secure financing through their own funds or bank in advance.
