For sale is an exceptionally well-maintained Luffe 37 Mk II built in 1992. This sporty sailing yacht has been in first-hand ownership from the outset and has only been sailed privately. She is in excellent technical and visual condition.

✨ Highlights & condition
Top care: The boat was always stored indoors over the winter months and was fully refurbished and maintained every year. The teak exterior and wooden interior are in top condition.

Osmosis protection: The entire hull is laminated in isophthalic acid resin - a guarantee for maximum osmosis protection.

The hatches were renewed 3 years ago.

️ Technology & engine
The original engine has been regularly serviced. The entire drive unit has recently undergone important renewals:

• The gearbox was replaced 2 years ago.
• The saildrive sleeve has been replaced several times (due to the design of the Luffe, it is extremely easy to replace the sleeve on the boat), most recently 2 years ago.
• The oil seals on the saildrive have been replaced.
• The rudder bearing has been replaced.
• Two circular cooling systems
