Hallo! Ich bin dabei mit aktuell einem Bekannten diese Hallberg Rassy Monsun 31 zu erwerben.

Ziel ist es das Schiff im Rahmen einer Eignergemeinschaft mit etwa 3 bis 4 Eignern zu nutzen und zu unterhalten. Aktuell sind wir zu zweit. Der aktuelle Verkaufspreis liegt bei 23000€. 7000€ sollten die jährlichen Kosten inklusive Sommerliegeplatz und Winterlager decken. Ich schlage 5000€ als Einstieg für neue Eigner vor. Wir planen eine Eignergemeinschaft (im Gegensatz zu einer Eignergesellschaft) zu gründen. Ein Ausstieg aus der Eignergemeinschaft, mit Auszahlung des Anteils, wäre mit einem Vorlauf von einem Jahr jederzeit möglich. Diese Saison soll das Schiff in Berlin liegen. 2027 vorraussichtlich in der Ostsee (beispielsweise Region Stralsund). Prinzipiell ist der Liegeplatz für diese Saison aber noch nicht entschieden und die Vorstellung von weiteren Eignern können noch berücksichtigt werden. Es gibt die Idee einer Umrundung Großbritanniens 2027. Bei Interesse gern melden!

The goal is to use and maintain the boat as part of a co-ownership group with about 3 to 4 owners. Currently, there are two of us. The current asking price is €23,000. €7,000 should cover the annual costs, including summer mooring and winter storage. I propose €5,000 as the entry fee for new owners. We plan to establish a co-ownership group (as opposed to a co-ownership company). With one year’s notice, it would be possible to leave the co-ownership group at any time, with the share value paid out. This season, the boat is scheduled to be based in Berlin. In 2027, it is expected to be in the Baltic Sea (for example, the Stralsund region). In principle, however, the berth for this season has not yet been decided, and proposals from additional owners can still be considered. There is an idea to sail around Great Britain in 2027.
