A galvanized steel frame with full foamed polyethylene floats and a black rubber bumper. Empty floats are applied on the 4 outside corners to be used as ballast tanks.

A timber frame floor box constructed of pine beams 44x120mm, 18mm concrete plywood and 120mm pir insulation.

Timber frame walls constructed from pine beams 120x44mm, vapor tight and vapor open foil, 100mm pir insulation with 15mm poplar plywood on the inside and Vinylplus rebated round edge turner oak shadow on the outside.

Hardwood window frames with double glazing, SKG** hinges and locks, bluestone waterslides and ventilation grills in black Ral9005.

Timber frame roof composed of a pine beam 169 x 69 mm with pine floor boards, 120mm pir insulation and bitumen roofing with black slate.

The fascia is made with trespa in the color Ral9005. The roof has a curb of 70mm and 4 rainwater drains.

The interior walls, built as pine beams, with 70mm rock wool in between, pine wood frames with mullion doors, equipped with portholes.

Interior walls are of glass fabric twice painted.
