1978 Tiny House Kajütboot, EUR 2,100

Verkaufen unser kleines Kajütboot, welches als Tiny House Boat viel Raum auf wenig Fläche bietet. Das Cockpit ist mit einem festen Dach und Kuchenbude mit Fenstern ausgestattet. Die Stehhöhe beträgt 1,90m.
Die Kabine hat Sitzbänke, welche zu einem Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für alles, was man auf einer Wanderfahrt so benötigt.

Da wir nun ein Segelboot haben, muss das gute Kajütboot leider weiterziehen.

Der Motor von Parsun ist zur Zeit nicht am Boot, weil wir elektrisch mit E-Propulsion fahren wollten. Die 2 Solaranlagen reichen aus, den Akku wieder zu laden. Landstrom ist aber auch verbaut.

Bitte einfach in der Nähe von Neuruppin vorbeikommen und das Boot anschauen. Es ist kein Neuboot ;) aber für den günstigen Urlaub auf dem Wasser perfekt.

Der Stahlrumpf ist rostfrei und dicht, das Unterwasserschiff hat im Dezember frisch Antifouling bekommen.

Das Boot soll mit dem Elektromotor 2.100,- kosten. Der 15PS Parsun Außenborder hat EFI, Ferngas, Lichtmaschine und E-Start. Dafür möchten wir, weil er fast neu ist, 1.600,- zusätzlich haben.

Ein Trailer ist nicht dabei aber wir können das Boot nach Kauf über die Sliprampe ins Wasser bringen (Ruppiner See / Gnewikow)

We are selling our small cabin boat, which, as a tiny house boat, offers plenty of space in a compact design. The cockpit features a fixed roof and a canopy with windows. The headroom is 1.90 m.
The cabin has benches that can be converted into a bed. There is plenty of storage space for everything you need on a cruising trip.

Since we now have a sailboat, we unfortunately have to part with this fine cabin boat.

The Parsun motor is not currently on the boat because we wanted to power it electrically with E-Propulsion. The two solar panels are sufficient to recharge the battery. However, shore power is also installed.

Please feel free to stop by near Neuruppin to take a look at the boat. It’s not a new boat ;) but it’s perfect for an affordable vacation on the water.

The steel hull is rust-free and watertight; the underwater hull was freshly treated with antifouling in December.

The boat is priced at €2,100 with the electric motor. The 15 HP Parsun outboard features EFI, remote throttle, an alternator, and electric start. Since it’s practically new, we’d like an additional 1,600 for that.

A trailer isn’t included, but we can launch the boat into the water via the slipway after purchase (Lake Ruppin / Gnewikow).
