This Moody 33 MK3 has a 10.00 m length, 3.50 m beam and 1.35 m draft, with a fin keel, skeg-hung semi-balanced rudder and wheel steering. The GRP deck is arranged for practical cruising, with an electric anchor windlass, 50 m of chain, Lewmar self-tailing primary winches, a swimming platform, boarding ladder, cockpit table and cushions. The Bermudan sloop rig has an anodised aluminium mast, a spinnaker pole and standing rigging renewed in 2015. Sails comprise a mainsail and furling genoa.

Propulsion is provided by the original Thornycroft T90 diesel, rated at 23 hp and coupled to a shaft drive with a fixed 2-blade propeller.
