This Gulet was built in 1992 at the Istanbul shipyard up to the standards of Lloyd rating and enrolled in Lloyd for about 15 years. The ship was built as a passenger yacht with the purpose not only of a private pleasure yacht but also for Charter. The boat is now owned by a skilled and passionate owner and used solely as a private yacht.

The yacht is of classic gulet stile with two masts. The Yacht features two saloons on the main deck, one in the front and one in the stern of the superstructure and a large kitchen in the middle. The yacht has a plenty of space on the bow and on the stern where a large table is located.

One of the special features of this yacht is the enclosed flybridge pilot house, from which the entire yacht and the surrounding seas may be 360° viewed. Another is the two separated (by the flybridge) sundecks, one fore, and one aft on different levels, affording a lot of much appreciated privacy. The view over the sea and down upon it from the (higher level) aft sundeck is spectacular and exciting,

The yacht has six cabins located in the hull, all with large double beds. There is also a separate crew cabin with two single beds.

The boat was extensively renovated in 2013. The wooden hull has been replaced with fibreglass sealed mahogany planks. The he yacht was also re-rigged with new sails, new and stronger ropes and pulleys, and much heavier cable shrouds and it is now capable of sailing up to 9 knots in a 25 knot wind.

The deck is almost as new, made of high quality teak and is in perfect condition

The electronics and navigation equipment has been extensively updated. The control panel is now a new all electric high-tech lighted push-button master panel. The manual accelerator has been replaced with an up-to-date electric one. New VHF radio installed. There is also a weather print-out receiver. The yacht on the starboard side of the aft deck there is has another two lever electronic accelerator for open stern visibility and easy manoeuvring when parking the yacht.

The yacht is equipped with two Oman generators – one 33 kW and one 20 kW. The engines were cleaned and overhauled and so were the generators in the last refit. The entire engine room was upgraded with new insulation and paint.

The boat has a 120 lit/h watermaker. In 2016 the owner cleaned and upgraded the waste water system, and supplied it with its own attractive wood cabinet, and an easy-to-read map of all the pipes and valves. All water and waste water pipes in the yacht are new, as are the corresponding storage and holding tanks.

In the two salons and kitchen new flooring has been installed. In the aft salon, which is exclusively for the the owner, there is a large-screen TV and connected it to a new high-tech outdoor satellite receiver. The sound system is operational in all the salons and cabins and also has speakers on the aft and fore deck.

The yacht has three sets of underwater lights: two (electric blue) in the stern, and two in each side of the hull (gold) midships.

The dingy is in perfect condition and we just bought and installed a new 100hp Honda marine outboard.

There are eight newly covered sunbeds, four on each sundeck. All safety appliances and features and the two 12 person covered inflatable life rafts are new (or renewed), and recently checked and certified 'safe' by the Fethiye harbor authorities.

Esta Goleta se construyó en 1992 en el astillero de Estambul según las normas de la clasificación Lloyd y estuvo inscrita en Lloyd durante unos 15 años. El barco se construyó como yate de pasajeros con la finalidad no sólo de yate de recreo privado, sino también para Charter. En la actualidad, el barco pertenece a un propietario experto y apasionado y se utiliza únicamente como yate privado.

El yate es de estilo goleta clásico con dos mástiles. El yate dispone de dos salones en la cubierta principal, uno en la parte delantera y otro en la popa de la superestructura, y una gran cocina en el centro. El yate tiene mucho espacio en la proa y en la popa, donde hay una gran mesa.

Una de las características especiales de este yate es el puesto de pilotaje cerrado del flybridge, desde el que se puede ver todo el yate y los mares circundantes en 360°. Otra son los dos soláriums separados (por el puente), uno en proa y otro en popa, a distintos niveles, que proporcionan una gran intimidad muy apreciada. La vista sobre el mar y sobre él desde el solárium de popa (en el nivel superior) es espectacular y emocionante,

El yate tiene seis camarotes situados en el casco, todos con grandes camas dobles. También hay un camarote separado para la tripulación con dos camas individuales.

El barco se renovó ampliamente en 2013. El casco de madera se sustituyó por tablones de caoba sellados con fibra de vidrio. El yate también se volvió a aparejar con velas nuevas, cabos y poleas nuevos y más resistentes, y obenques de cable mucho más pesados, y ahora es capaz de navegar hasta 9 nudos con un viento de 25 nudos.

La cubierta está casi como nueva, es de teca de alta calidad y está en perfecto estado.

El equipo electrónico y de navegación se ha actualizado ampliamente. El panel de control es ahora una nueva botonera principal de alta tecnología, totalmente eléctrica e iluminada. El acelerador manual se ha sustituido por uno eléctrico actualizado. Se ha instalado una nueva radio VHF. También hay un receptor de impresión meteorológica. En el lado de estribor de la cubierta de popa hay otro acelerador electrónico de dos palancas para tener visibilidad de popa abierta y maniobrar fácilmente al aparcar el yate.

El yate está equipado con dos generadores Omán, uno de 33 kW y otro de 20 kW. Los motores se limpiaron y revisaron, al igual que los generadores, en el último reacondicionamiento. Toda la sala de máquinas se modernizó con aislamiento y pintura nuevos.

El barco tiene una desalinizadora de 120 l/h. En 2016 el propietario limpió y mejoró el sistema de aguas residuales, y lo dotó de su propio y atractivo armario de madera, y de un mapa fácil de leer de todas las tuberías y válvulas. Todas las tuberías de agua y aguas residuales del yate son nuevas, al igual que los depósitos de almacenamiento y retención correspondientes.

En los dos salones y la cocina se ha instalado suelo nuevo. En el salón de popa, exclusivo para el propietario, hay un televisor de pantalla grande y conectado a un nuevo receptor satélite exterior de alta tecnología. El sistema de sonido está operativo en todos los salones y camarotes, y también tiene altavoces en la cubierta de popa y proa.

El yate tiene tres juegos de luces subacuáticas: dos (azul eléctrico) en la popa, y dos a cada lado del casco (doradas) en el centro del barco.

El bote auxiliar está en perfecto estado y acabamos de comprar e instalar un nuevo fueraborda marino Honda de 100 CV.

Hay ocho tumbonas recién cubiertas, cuatro en cada solárium. Todos los dispositivos y elementos de seguridad y las dos balsas salvavidas inflables cubiertas para 12 personas son nuevos (o renovados), y recientemente revisados y certificados como "seguros" por las autoridades portuarias de Fethiye.

El dingy está en perfecto estado y acabamos de comprar e instalar un nuevo fueraborda marino Honda de 100 CV.
