Overview of Levantina
Levantina is a 16-meter luxury sailing yacht that combines elegance and comfort with a classic design. Built in 2003 in Bodrum, Turkey by Valena Yat / Nur Yılmaz, this exceptional yacht was designed by Naval Architect Alparslan Tekoğul and Mustafa Özkalay, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern amenities. The original RINA-approved plans are available.
She offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests and 2 crew members. With its strong wooden hull and advanced engineering solutions, it ensures a safe and stable cruise in all sea conditions. Its high-performance equipment and optimized sailing system make it a perfect choice for both long-distance sea voyages and leisurely coastal cruising. Built to the highest maritime standards, this unique yacht promises an unforgettable sailing experience for its guests.
Interior Layout
• Salon & Galley:
Entering the spacious and bright salon of Levantina from the cockpit requires only two steps down. The starboard side features a well-equipped open-plan galley with a refrigerator, deep freezer, oven, coffee machine, and plenty of storage space. On the port side, there is a foldable, height-adjustable table and a cozy lounge area with a TV. The music system, electrical panel, and VHF radio are positioned above the navigation station.
• Cabins:
Moving forward from the salon, there are two identical guest cabins with high ceilings, each equipped with an ensuite bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, a double bed, and plenty of storage space.
• Crew Quarters:
The crew can consist of a captain and a deckhand or chef. The crew cabin, featuring a private bathroom, sound insulation, and air conditioning, is located at the bow with a separate entrance for privacy.
Exterior Layout
• Aftdeck:
The spacious aft deck offers a comfortable dining area for at least 6 guests, along with two additional two-person seating areas and a large 70-liter refrigerator for cold beverages. The height-adjustable and foldable dining table can be converted into a large sunbed, while high cabin walls and a large sprayhood provide protection from wind and spray. The aftdeck is designed away from the sailing controls, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for guests.
• Foredeck:
The spacious and flat foredeck includes 8 large sunbeds (4 adjustable and 4 fixed) for ultimate relaxation.
• Helm Station:
The helm station area provides easy access to all helming and sailing controls, electronics, winches, and the mainsheet traveler, allowing for solo sailing if needed. It also offers ample storage and locker spaces.

Owner’s Quote:
Since 2017, Levantina has been meticulously maintained in perfect mechanical, cosmetic, electronic, and safety condition. Currently, she is docked in Zea Marina Pireas - Athens.
In 2025, as part of continuous improvements, the wooden mast and boom have been replaced with a white-painted aluminum Z-Spars mast and boom, enhancing safety and ease of use while preserving the yacht’s classic look. Additionally, the keel and hull are being stripped to the wood and reapplied with primer, fairing compound, and antifouling paint. Antifouling paint recently renewd in April 2026.
As one of the most beautiful yachts in its class in the Aegean Sea, Levantina is a perfect choice for sailors seeking a high-quality sailing experience with functionality, comfort, and elegance.
