Very Fully Equipped Houseboat?

The price of the boat includes transport to one of the major seaports in Northern Europe! (Cost: approximately 30,000–35,000) For example, to Rotterdam or Amsterdam. The boat is built on a Waterbus aluminum frame with floats. All walls and roofs are made of high-quality composite material with exterior cladding.


Walls are 8 cm thick—rated for temperatures down to -20°C. Roof: 12 cm thick. Can withstand a load of 280 kg per 1 m², except in unsupported areas (max 100 kg per 1 m²).


The vessel is built to the highest specifications with triple-pane glass. (8 mm insulating glass, rated for temperatures down to -30 degrees) This includes 3 sliding doors: 1 at the bow, 1 in the master bedroom, and 1 in the living room (starboard side)


All rooms have separate floor heating (with individual temperature controls for every room on board). An Eberspächer cooler/heater (spec: 18–28 degrees C) with power outlets in all areas. (Runs on gasoline)


Electric heating is frequently used throughout the boat, with a total of 30 230V outlets. No gas is used


Outlets for solar panel use are installed. Outlets for a potential battery “top-up” generator are installed in the engine room


Four jet thrusters are installed. Powered by eight high-capacity batteries; two shore power connections. Diesel and gasoline tanks; both 50 liters


A macerator has been installed in the toilet that uses only 1.0 liter of water per flush. 80-liter hot water tank. Washing machine with extra “quick-dry” capacity

Fresh water tank with a capacity of 130 liters. Gray water tank with a capacity of 100 liters. Waste water tank with a capacity of 50 liters


The “walkaround” is 60 cm wide. The deck is entirely made of “eco-teak”


All other components (railing, etc.) are made of brushed, high-quality aluminum


Living area: 49.8 m²; total area including lower decks and “walkaround” deck: 95 m²


Upper deck: 70.5 m² (seating areas, barbecue, etc.) Sun deck: 40 m²
