Private sale. Located at the Nautic Club in Valencia (Spain). Built in 2023 and purchased new in May 2025. The boat is in very good condition with only 120 hours on the engine and recently serviced by an official dealer (October 2025). Both the boat and the Mercury engine are under official warranty from the date of purchase (May 2025). It is an ideal boat for trips to the Balearic Islands, perfect for one or two couples. Very comfortable and stable sailing at cruising speed:

· Denia–San Antonio (Ibiza): 21 knots average, 2.5 hours and approx. 180 litres.
· Denia–Formentera: 21 knots average, 3 hours, just under 200l.

Bow cabin for 2 people + bed in the stern — a total of up to 4 sleeping places (8 people during daytime. It has two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor) and double shower (inside/outside). It comes with all the cushions, including those for the bow sundeck, a camper-style awning and a 360º bimini for the entire cockpit. It includes three batteries in total (selectable at the skipper's discretion). Equipped with a plotter with updated nautical charts (GPS/Plotter Simrad GO9), bow thruster and electric windlass, which greatly facilitates navigation, manoeuvring and anchoring. Its shallow draught and excellent manoeuvrability allow easy access to virtually any cove.

VAT is paid in Spain. The boat is registered in Zone C, which allows it to sail to the Balearic Islands. It has all the safety equipment required for this (except the life raft). Documentation all in order, boat free of charges. Includes a dinghy for 2+1 people with a 1.5 HP Mercury engine.
