Een zeer nette en goed onderhouden Westerly Centaur, CR 1948, Bouwjaar 1977. Ons schip heeft ieder jaar op het droge overwinterd. De originele MD-7A motor is in 2019 vervangen door een Craftsman motor type CM3-27 (3 cylinder 27 pk) en een Hurth keerkoppeling. Het grootzeil en de rolgenua verkeren in goede staat en zijn van HagoortSails. Het schip is voorzien van een maststrijkinstallatie waarmee je zelf de mast kunt laten zakken of ophalen. De grijze sprayhood verkeert in zeer goede staat, net zoals de rode huik en de rode rolfokhoes. Het interieur heeft een indeling type B en ziet er nog nagenoeg origineel uit. Het originele tafelblad wordt meegeleverd. Hiermee kun je de 6e slaapplaats creëren. De wand- en plafondbekleding is in de afgelopen 3 jaren geheel vernieuwd. De verwarming bestaat uit een Webasto diesel hetelucht kachel. Deze wordt gevoed vanuit een apart tankje. Instrumenten: VDO mechanisch Log, Furuno GPS, Raytheon Marine ST-2000+ stuurautomaat en een Kompas. De marifoon is type Sailor RT-80. Inbegrepen is een op maat gemaakte wintertent in twee delen van Bisonyl doek. Vanwege de geringe diepgang kun je met dit robuste schip bijna overal varen. Denk hierbij aan kust, binnenwateren, Zeeland, IJsselmeer en Wadden. Dit schip is vaarklaar.

A very neat and well-maintained Westerly Centaur, CR 1948, built in 1977. Our boat has been stored on dry land every winter. The original MD-7A engine was replaced in 2019 with a Craftsman CM3-27 engine (3-cylinder, 27 hp) and a Hurth reverse gear. The mainsail and furling genoa are in good condition and are from HagoortSails. The boat is equipped with a mast lowering system that allows you to lower or raise the mast yourself. The gray sprayhood is in very good condition, as are the red cover and the red furling jib cover. The interior has a Type B layout and still looks virtually original. The original tabletop is included. This allows you to create a sixth berth. The wall and ceiling paneling has been completely renewed over the past 3 years. The heating consists of a Webasto diesel hot-air heater. This is fueled from a separate tank. Instruments: VDO mechanical log, Furuno GPS, Raytheon Marine ST-2000+ autopilot, and a compass. The marine radio is a Sailor RT-80. Included is a custom-made two-piece winter cover made of Bisonyl fabric. Due to its shallow draft, you can sail this sturdy vessel almost anywhere, including the coast, inland waterways, Zeeland, the IJsselmeer, and the Wadden Sea. This vessel is ready to sail.
