Das Schiff liegt in den Niederlanden…Sommerplatz draußen ca 600 Euro Saison mit Strom ect. Winterlager 634 Euro mit Strom Kranen ect.
Verkauft wird eine Robuste Klassische Segelyacht GFK die noch etwas Liebe zum Detail braucht aus dem Jahre 1979 .
Das Schiff ist 13,08 Meter lang 4,0Meter breit und hat einen Tiefgang von 2,10 Meter
Die Durchfahrtshöhe beträgt 16,89 Meter
Der Rumpf wurde vor Ort begutachtet von einem Osmosefachmann und der hatte nichts zu beanstanden der Rumpf wurde bereits geschliffen für den Neuaufbau.
Das Teak müsste mal überarbeitet werden ist aber an Hand der Fläche überschaubar.
Datenblatt und Materialliste für den Neuaufbau ist vorhanden ( Firma von der Linden) ca 3800Euro Materialkosten geht aber billiger denn hier wurde eines der teuersten Produkte am Markt verwendet.
Der Motor ist ein Lister Petter von 1993 er läuft braucht aber etwas Liebe.
Stopfbuchse und Lager wurden schon erneuert.
Der hintere Mast hat hier und da Allufrass…müsste behandelt werden
Das Rigg ist noch recht gut aber ich werde hierzu keine genauen Angaben machen da ich kein Experte bin.

Es müssen innen noch ein paar Leisten und Fensterrahmen angebracht werden
An zwei Stellen gab es Regenwasserdurlass Quelle wurde gefunden und gestoppt ( Kabeldurchlässe ) (Kamindurchlass)
Im Bad müsste die Wasserfeste Oberfläche zum duschen erneuert werden Segel sind von 2002
es gibt einiges zu tun aber es lohnt sich und es sin auch schöne Arbeiten denke ich

If you like classic yachts, here’s a great project with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I can’t do it anymore…
The boat is located in the Netherlands… Summer mooring outdoors: approx. 600 euros per season, including electricity, etc. Winter storage: 634 euros, including electricity, craning, etc.
For sale is a sturdy, classic fiberglass sailing yacht from 1979 that still needs some attention to detail.
The boat is 13.08 meters long, 4.0 meters wide, and has a draft of 2.10 meters
The clearance height is 16.89 meters.
The hull was inspected on-site by an osmosis specialist, who found no issues; the hull has already been sanded in preparation for the refit.
The teak could use some work, but given the area involved, the scope is manageable.
A spec sheet and materials list for the refit are available (from the company von der Linden). Material costs are estimated at approximately 3,800 euros, but the actual cost will likely be lower since one of the most expensive products on the market was used here.
The engine is a 1993 Lister Petter; it runs but needs some TLC.
The stuffing box and bearings have already been replaced.
The aft mast has some aluminum corrosion here and there…it would need to be treated.
The rigging is still in pretty good condition, but I won’t provide any specific details on this since I’m not an expert.

A few moldings and window frames still need to be installed inside.
There were rainwater leaks in two places; the sources were found and fixed (cable entries, chimney vent).
In the bathroom, the waterproof surface for the shower needs to be replaced; the sails are from 2002.
There’s quite a bit to do, but it’s worth it, and I think it’s also enjoyable work.
