2013 Lagoon 620 | Owner Version (Galley Down) | Never Chartered
The Narrative
WATCH THE FULL WALKTHROUGH VIDEO ON THIS PAGE
This 2013 Lagoon 620 presents a specific market opportunity as a "Galley Down" Owner Version hull that has never been chartered. Currently with its second owner, the vessel has been maintained for private use only, evident in the condition of the interior joinery and low engine hours.

The exterior layout prioritizes functional movement and entertainment. The aft deck features a dining area to starboard, a wet bar to port, and a full-beam seating arrangement across the stern. From the aft deck, there is direct, independent access to the galley (port hull) and the master suite (starboard hull), allowing for efficient provisioning and owner privacy.

Moving inside, the "Galley Down" configuration significantly increases the usable volume of the main saloon. Freed from kitchen appliances, the saloon spans the entire main deck beam, offering two distinct seating areas and electrically adjustable tables to starboard. A forward internal helm station is equipped with navigation electronics, including a 15” chartplotter and autopilot control.

Accommodation is arranged across four en-suite cabins plus crew quarters. The Starboard hull is dedicated largely to the owner; the aft master suite includes a private exit to the aft deck and direct access to the saloon, while a VIP guest cabin is located forward. The Port hull houses the professional galley aft, a double-bunk cabin amidships (suitable for guests or crew), and an additional double cabin forward. A separate captain's cabin is located in the forepeak of the port hull.

On the flybridge, sail handling is centralized via four large Harken winches, allowing for short-handed operation of the vessel.

Broker's Comment
Finding a Lagoon 620 of this vintage that has never been entered into a charter fleet is rare. This history of private-only usage, combined with the desirable Galley Down layout and recent August 2025 maintenance, makes this a practical option for buyers seeking a heavy-displacement catamaran ready for immediate cruising.
