2018 Happy Cat Neo, EUR 3,500

Ich verkaufe meinen 11/2020 aus zweiter Hand erworbenen Happy Cat Neo (Baujahr 2018). Bin im Schnitt 10 mal pro Jahr damit im Süßwasser gesegelt. Da ich inzwischen Segelwanderungen unternehme, habe ich mich vergrößert und mir einen Happy Cat Evolution zugelegt, so dass ich den Neo nicht mehr benötige.
Der Neo funktioniert einwandfrei. Schläuche sind dicht und wurden regelmäßig mit dem Grabner Bootspflegemittel gepflegt und lagerten nach Gebrauch immer aufgepumpt in der kühlen Garage (siehe Bild). Segel immer gerollt aufbewahrt und auch in Ordnung. Ansonsten die üblichen Gebrauchspuren. An der Schweißnaht des hinteren Rahmens sind jeweils links und rechts zwei oberflächliche Furchen (siehe Bild), die durchs Mastumlegen bei meiner erster Wanderung in Meck Pomm entstanden sind.
So weit so gut, der Neo ist sofort einsatzbereit, steht hier bei mir verpackt in Augsburg und freut sich auf einen/eine neue Besitzer/In.

Das Boot wird unter Ausschluss der Sachmängelhaftung verkauft. Dieser Ausschluss gilt nicht für Schadensersatzansprüche aus Sachmängelhaftung, die auf einer grob fahrlässigen oder vorsätzlichen Verletzung von Pflichten des Verkäufers beruhen.

I am selling my Happy Cat Neo (built in 2018), which I purchased secondhand in November 2020. I’ve sailed it in freshwater about 10 times a year on average. Since I’ve started going on sailing trips, I’ve upgraded to a Happy Cat Evolution, so I no longer need the Neo.
The Neo is in perfect working order. The tubes are airtight and were regularly treated with Grabner boat care product; after each use, the boat was always stored fully inflated in a cool garage (see photo). The sails were always stored rolled up and are also in good condition. Otherwise, it shows the usual signs of use. There are two superficial grooves on the weld seam of the rear frame, one on the left and one on the right (see photo), which were caused by the mast falling over during my first sailing trip in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
So far, so good—the Neo is ready to go right away. It’s packed up here with me in Augsburg and looking forward to a new owner.

The boat is sold with no warranty for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects that result from a grossly negligent or intentional breach of the seller’s obligations.
