Built by Dufour Yachts, this 2007 34 Performance sums up the La Rochelle yard's philosophy: a family cruiser designed for speed, without giving up the comfort of its two cabins. A hull built to sail

GRP hull, 10.30 m overall with a 3.48 m beam and 2.00 m draft: the proportions speak for themselves, with a deep keel delivering tracking and stiffness under sail for a moderate 5,300 kg displacement. The deck is teak-laid, as is the cockpit. The rig features a boom with lazy jacks and lazy bag fitted in 2025, an adjustable backstay, a removable inner forestay and a mainsail track with car for fine trimming.

Power and life on board

The 30 hp Volvo D1-30, a three-cylinder raw-water cooled unit, shows 1,500 hours and gives a 6-knot cruising speed with 90 litres of diesel. With 280 litres of fresh water, hot water and a deck shower, cruising range is genuine. Below, two cabins and six berths, a full galley with hob, oven and electric fridge, and capacity for up to 8 people for day sailing.
