This AN 25 was purchased as a bare hull by the first and current owner and professionally finished by himself. The hull is constructed from 2 layers of gelcoat, five layers of fiberglass mat, and 4 layers of fiberglass fabric with polyester resin. In between is a layer of Linicel foam (hard, closed-cell foam), making the hull 27 mm thick. Consequently, the risk of osmosis caused by this construction process is eliminated. A complete refit took place in 2013, during which the boat was renovated to a modern standard. The AN 25 features a beautiful cork deck and cork in the cockpit that is in good condition. This is partly because the sailing yacht spends every winter in a hall. It is evident in many aspects that no expense was spared on high-quality components, such as a Reckman roller furling system, Andersen stainless steel winches, and a beautifully fitted interior. The owner is a professional marine carpenter. A new Yanmar 30 hp engine was installed in 2015.
