zum Verkauf steht ein einzigartiger, flachbodiger Lastkahn „Sara“, Baujahr 1985.

Im Jahr 2021 wurde der Kahn teilweise umfassend saniert:

Teilerneuerung der Bodenbeplankung mit neuer 4 mm Stahlplatte

P.S Ich habe bereits Kontakt mit einem Transportunternehmen aufgenommen. Nach aktueller Einschätzung liegen die Transportkosten bei etwa 10.000 €. Einschließlich aller erforderlichen Genehmigungen sowie eines eventuellen Kraneinsatzes sollten die Gesamtkosten 12.000 € nicht überschreiten.

Für eine verbindliche Kalkulation wird lediglich der genaue Zielort in Berlin benötigt, da dieser einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Planung und die endgültigen Kosten hat.

In 2021, the barge underwent a partial, comprehensive renovation:

Partial replacement of the floor planking with new 4 mm steel plate
Complete treatment of the underwater hull with several layers of primer and antifouling coating

The barge currently offers an excellent foundation for a custom conversion.

P.S. I have already contacted a transportation company. According to current estimates, the transportation costs are approximately 10,000 €. Including all necessary permits and any potential use of a crane, the total costs should not exceed 12,000 €.
