Scafo rivestito con pellicola 3M in perfette condizioni. Opera viva sabbiatura completa 2014 e trattamento anti-osmosi preventivo.
Abitabilità esterna ed interna enorme in considerazione delle dimensioni. Flying bridge di oltre 7 m2 con prendisole, divanetti e postazione di guida. Pozzetto da quasi 14 m2. Tutta la coperta rivestita in Permateek.
Cabina di prua con letto matrimoniale alla francese, bagno con WC elettrico e lavabo. Dinette trasformabile in letto matrimoniale. Cabina armatoriale di poppa con letto matrimoniale full size (160x200cm), bagno con WC elettrico, lavabo e vano doccia. Tutto realizzato in teak.
Impianti perfettamente funzionanti e di recente realizzazione. Impianto acqua completamente rifatto nel 2020 con serbatoi nuovi da 800 litri, tubazioni coibentate nuove con anche acqua salata in cucina e su presa esterna. Impianto acque nere 2018. I WC possono scaricare direttamente a mare o in serbatoio con pompa di svuotamento. Due climatizzatori nautici. Uno per salone e cabina di prua, altro per salone e cabina di poppa. Riscaldatore a gasolio da 5 kW collegato direttamente ai serbatori con distribuzione nelle cabine e nel salone.
Prese a mare e filtri di recente sostituzione ed in perfette condizioni. Tenuta assi elica con cuffia Volvo che non ha mai mostrato il minimo gocciolamento.
A velocità di crociera e guidando sul fly il rumore dei motori è appena percettibile (scarichi sono posizionati sotto plancetta di poppa).
Range di navigazione oltre mille miglia senza rifornimento in considerazione dei consumi ridottissimi e capacità dei serbatori del gasolio.

Vintage boat built in Taiwan based on an Edership design, featuring a thick-walled polyester hull, high-quality finishes, stainless steel portholes, handrails, teak windows and exterior trim, and an all-teak interior.
Hull covered with 3M film in perfect condition. Underwater hull fully sandblasted in 2014 and treated with preventive anti-osmosis coating.
Enormous interior and exterior living space considering its size. Flying bridge of over 7 m² with sun deck, sofas, and helm station. Cockpit of nearly 14 m². Entire deck covered in Permateek.
Forward cabin with a French-style double bed, bathroom with electric toilet and sink. Dinette converts into a double bed. Aft owner’s cabin with a full-size double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with electric toilet, sink, and shower stall. All finished in teak.
Systems are in perfect working order and were recently installed. The water system was completely redone in 2020 with new 800-liter tanks and new insulated piping, including saltwater supply in the galley and at an external outlet. Black water system from 2018. Toilets can discharge directly into the sea or into a tank via a pump-out system. Two marine air conditioners: one for the salon and forward cabin, the other for the salon and aft cabin. 5 kW diesel heater connected directly to the fuel tanks, with heat distribution to the cabins and salon.
Seacocks and filters recently replaced and in perfect condition. Propeller shaft seal with Volvo seal ring that has never shown even the slightest leak.
At cruising speed and while driving from the flybridge, engine noise is barely audible (exhausts are located under the aft deck).
Cruising range exceeds 1,000 miles without refueling, thanks to extremely low fuel consumption and the capacity of the diesel tanks.
Overall condition is excellent, and the yacht is ready to set sail thanks to the owner’s meticulous care.
