I have a current contract for a permanent berth (the marina operator guarantees the lease will be transferred to the new owner) in Poland—the Nowe Warpno marina on the Szczecin Lagoon. Berthing fee: 3,900 PLN per year—note: electricity and water are free. The package includes a winter berth built specifically for this boat, as well as a 240 V generator.
A small marina located in a beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by vast forest areas, one kilometer from the German border. There are many bike trails in and around the forests.
