This Bavaria 40 Cruiser has a three-cabin owner’s layout with three double-berth cabins, two heads and a spacious saloon. The light mahogany interior includes a large saloon table, chart table, extensive lockers and storage, while the galley is equipped with a gimballed three-burner cooker, oven, refrigeration, microwave, double stainless-steel sink and pressurised hot and cold water. Diesel heating, hot water, LED lighting and separate shower areas add practical comfort for longer cruises.

The deck combines teak surfaces with twin steering wheels, a bow thruster, electric windlass and a 70 m × 10 mm anchor chain. Sailing equipment includes an Elvstrøm fully battened mainsail with lazy jacks and stack pack, a furling genoa, spinnaker with snuffer and pole, and a Selden double-spreader mast. Navigation and onboard systems include dual Raymarine E80 chartplotters, radar, wind instruments, AIS, VHF, autopilot with Lewmar Mamba drive and forward-scanning sonar.
