X-Yachts Xp44, hull number 37, built to a comprehensive personal specification and owned by
the same owner since new (delivered 2012).

The Xp44 was the first model in X-Yachts’ Xperformance range and combines a genuine racing pedigree with the comfort and finish of a proper cruising yacht — an optimised hull shape, high stability from a high ballast ratio, and light, stiff epoxy-infused construction give exceptional performance across the wind range, while the 3-cabin interior and thoughtful equipment list make her equally capable as a family cruiser as well.

The yacht has been meticulously maintained and upgraded over more than a decade of
ownership, with many extras. She has lived an easy life so far on the inland waters of the
Netherlands, Oosterschelde.
