Notes
1980 RJ 140, EUR 69,500
The story of the RJ 140 begins in 1972, when a group of sailing enthusiasts wanted a boat that could beat the all-powerful Finnish Swans in the Swedish Gotland Off Shore Races.
Now, well over 50 years later, they are still doing it!
It was the Swedish designer Rolf Jacobsson who received the commission and designed this so-called Swan 2.0.
And so began Tollare Bruk's 'Miracle' in Saltsjö-Boo near Stockholm.
Fast, solid, stunningly beautiful and important: Built to sail!
The Great Yacht for Ocean Lovers, according to her brochure, and nothing could be further from the truth!
The woodcarvings by Hanoman, among others, in the cabin are silent witnesses to her journey to Indonesia.
Salsa's spacious interior is known as one of the most beautiful within the RJ140 fleet and consists primarily of clear lacquered teak. This gives her a beautiful classic, warm appearance.
The true sailor will be overjoyed with this beautiful, elegant lady.
He/she will be admired and hated…when she runs off again!
She has not lacked love and attention over the past few years.
A recent engine with folding propeller, Garmin navigation and autopilot, full 2-component paintwork, teak deck inspected, the cushions have been replaced and upholstered in a stylish sand colour.
